Not all students can bring dependants to the UK. Most students studying a programme at RQF Level 7 and above can bring dependants to the UK.
Starting in January 2024, international students in the UK can no longer include dependents on their student visa, unless they are enrolled on a PhD or other doctorate (RQF level 8) or a research-based higher degree.
