If you change your mind after you have made your booking, then you can request a cancellation online via our accommodation portal.
If you cancel more than three weeks before your licence agreement starts then you will be given a refund of your deposit.
If you cancel less than three weeks before your licence starts, or you do not arrive to move into your room, then your booking will be cancelled but you may lose your deposit.
