If you are unable to submit your claim yourself due to a physical illness or mental health condition, a member of staff (personal tutor, module leader) can submit the claim on your behalf. However, it’s your responsibility to contact the member of staff and ask them to do this for you – we may need to see evidence that you have asked the member of staff to do this for you.
