There are some circumstances in which we can uphold your appeal without evidence. However, your appeal is more likely to be successful if you've provided supporting evidence.
It is very important that you submit your appeal by the 14 calendar-day deadline, even if you do not have supporting evidence. Once we have received an appeal we can offer an extended deadline to receive evidence, but the initial appeal must be submitted by the 14 calendar-day deadline.
