If you know your address before you arrive in the UK, you can update it on your Portal:
1) Go to the Student Portal
2) Select Student Records in the top banner (or in Options on your mobile)
3) Select Personal Information
4) Select View/Update Address(es) and Telephone Number(s)
5) Select Term Time Address at the bottom of the page
