Yes, so long as you also provide evidence that the funds in the account have been held for at least 28 days. This evidence can be a letter from the bank, or an account statement that is no more than 31 days old. Please note that the account must be in your name, legal guardian's name or your spouse's name if they are applying as a dependant on your visa.
