Your assigned Student Support Advisor will have read your disclosure form before the meeting and there is no need for you to repeat what you already disclosed in the form, nor is there any expectation that you will add more details. The Report and Support team is not there to investigate an incident, but to ensure that you can access reporting options and support available. In order to do so, they might need to ask you a few questions, but they will always do so in a sensitive way and only to ensure that you can access the services that are most relevant to your situation.
