Yes - a programme change form will need to be signed by your current programme leader and the programme leader for the new programme which you are requesting to change to. This will then be sent to the Visa Compliance Team for approval. The Visa Compliance Team will consider the request and inform your programme leaders whether this can be approved or not.
It is important to be aware that the Visa Compliance Team will look at various factors when assessing your request as UKVI have strict criteria for what programme changes are allowed. This will include whether you can complete the new programme within your current visa length and similarity of the new programme compared to the programme that your CAS was assigned for. Your statement of purpose used on your original CAS will also be reviewed.
