Good attendance is strongly correlated with success in terms of final degree outcomes, and the university monitors attendance to ensure students are on track to succeed. If you have legitimate reasons to miss classes, you can submit apologies to your tutors by clicking 'View My Attendance' on the My Learning page of your student portal. If you'll be absent for longer than three consecutive days, you must complete an authorised absence form.
