To be fair to our students, we have rules that stipulate how many failed credits can be carried into the next level of your studies.

If you have more than 30 credits of failure (after resits), the whole academic year must be repeated. If you have fewer than 30 credits of failure, the exam board may allow you to continue onto your next year of study. If a decision is made to progress you to the next level of your studies, you would be required to carry and re-take any failed module(s).

For full details, please refer to our university academic regulations. Alternatively, please login to the Digital Student Centre and create an enquiry if you need further guidance.
