You can also come to one of our Student Wellbeing drop-ins to speak to someone from our team in confidence about any wellbeing concerns you may have.
If you have a diagnosis of a mental health condition, you may be eligible for support from our Disability & Dyslexia team. You can self refer to this service here.
If you need to speak with someone urgently, please contact your GP for an urgent appointment or contact your local NHS Mental Health Crisis service.
You can also contact Spectrum Life at any time for in the moment support. They are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
