We have halls of residence on the Avery Hill and Medway campuses, and in the local community close to the Greenwich campus.
All our halls are between a 5-20 minute walk to the main campus study buildings and for the residences that are a bit further away from the main campus, there are also regular buses.
You might choose to live at the Avery Hill Campus and study at the Greenwich campus. The University has a free shuttle bus between the campuses, which takes around 30-45 minutes to do the 6 mile journey and there are regular direct London buses (no. 286) which run "door to door".
Our Medway campus is located in Chatham, Kent. This is approximately 30 miles from the London based campuses and if you live at the Medway campus and travel to study at Avery Hill or Greenwich, there is a small charge to use the university bus and the journey time is around 45mins- one hour, depending on the traffic.
