If you think you are entitled to a refund of some, or all of your tuition fees, please complete the Tuition Fee Refund Form
Once completed you will be provided a Refund Reference "SLM-SRR" and the teams in the university will check your student records and student finance account to check if a refund is due. Any refund will be calculated in line with our Tuition Fee Policies.
It usually takes between 10 and 12 weeks to process a refund and unfortunately refunds will not normally be processed during September, October and January due to the university's larger registration periods (however, please feel free to submit a request at any during these times)
Please note the refund will be credited back to the original payer using the same method of payment, which includes sending the funds back to the country where it was originally made.
Once you have submitted a request, you will be able to check and track the progress of your refund and receive regular updates on the Digital Student Centre.
