If you feel as though you are experiencing a mental health emergency, and cannot keep yourself safe from harm, please telephone emergency services on 999.

If you are in crisis and need to speak with someone urgently about your mental health, please contact your GP for an urgent appointment or contact your local NHS Mental Health Crisis service.

You can also contact Spectrum Life at any time for in the moment support any time of the day or night.

For non-urgent or non-emergency situations, we have a range of support available to students who would like to speak with someone about their mental health or wellbeing.

We encourage students to self-refer, using our self-referral form on our counselling webpages.

Once completed, you will then be contacted by one of our Student Wellbeing Services Practitioners, who will let you know about all of the support available to you.
