You'll need to complete a Formal Complaint form in the Digital Student Centre.
- Log in to the Digital Student Centre using your Portal username and password
- Click My Support in the navigation menu
- Select Formal Complaints from the drop-down list
- Click the Request New button
If you don't have access to the Digital Student Centre, email formalcomplaints@gre.ac.uk with your Student ID number.
