You'll need to complete a Formal Complaint form in the Digital Student Centre. 

  1. Log in to the Digital Student Centre using your Portal username and password
  2. Click My Support in the navigation menu
  3. Select Formal Complaints from the drop-down list
  4. Click the Request New button

If you don't have access to the Digital Student Centre, email formalcomplaints@gre.ac.uk with your Student ID number.
