It usually takes between 6-8 weeks, although it can take up to 12 weeks.
You will need to complete a refund request form: https://studentcentre.gre.ac.uk/support/refund-requests/ .
Please note refunds received during September, October and January will not be processed due to registration.
You will be able to check / track the progress of your refund and receive regular updates as your refund progresses the Digital Student Centre.
