There are time limits on how long you are allowed to be away from uni. All absence requests must be supported by appropriate evidence. The form must be sent to and authorized by your Retention team.
• Home students can apply for two weeks absence, and this can be extended up to four weeks for valid reasons
• International students can apply for a maximum of two weeks away. We may be able to approve an additional two week period under exceptional circumstances.
