University can be stressful at times and non-urgent mental health and wellbeing support is available to all students whilst they study at university, so if you would like to speak with one of our Student Wellbeing Co-ordinators, please complete our self-referral form which you can find on our webpages.

You can also access our Student Assistance Programme, Spectrum.Life 24/7, 365 days a year.

Please note that uni does not provide crisis or emergency mental health services, so for urgent support with your mental health, please make an urgent appointment with your GP or phone 111 to speak with NHS services who will be able to advise you further. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, and cannot keep yourself safe, please call emergency services on 999.
