We are not normally able to issue a CAS for resit purposes only, as most resits are submitted online with no in-person requirement to be in the UK. In order for us to issue a CAS, we would need to see that there is an unequivocal need for you to remain in the UK to complete your studies and most resits do not meet this requirement.
If you need a CAS to extend your visa, you should visit our webpages before submitting a request. Please make sure to read about what factors we review to assess your eligibility for a new CAS. It is important for you to familiarise yourself with these so that if we are not able to issue a new CAS, you are aware of what your other options are and can make these arrangements before your current visa expires. Once you have read our webpages, you can submit a CAS request form to studentvisa@gre.ac.uk. We will respond to your request within 10 working days.
