We are sorry that you've been withdrawn from your programme. UKVI have very strict rules about the time you must be in university to study: all studying must be done in person, with no remote or online study replacing any missed face-to-face classes. Under current UKVI regulations, if you don't follow these rules for more than 60 days your Student Visa Sponsorship must be taken away and you'll be removed from your programme.
You can appeal against your withdrawal, however if you haven't attended for more than 60 days you will not be able to re-join the current academic year (as sponsorship cannot be reinstated). The only possible outcome from an appeal after this is that your status changes from 'withdrawn' to 'interrupted' so you can return in the next academic year.
If you do have to repeat your studies at any point, don't have any modules for a particular term and so won't have lectures/seminars for more than 60 days you may need to interrupt your studies. If that happens your sponsorship would again need to be withdrawn.
Whatever the circumstances of your absence, as soon as you have been withdrawn for going over the 60-day absence threshold you must return home and apply for a new CAS/visa. Our "CAS for extending your visa" webpage contains further information about this.
