If there is space in a different group, and your request is in-line with our accepted reasons for students seeking to swap seminars, please submit a Digital Student Centre enquiry.
The reasons we would consider for seeking a change of seminar group include:
• A timetable clash;
• Caring responsibilities;
• A medical condition or disability;
• Certain working commitments (work itself is not considered a valid reason to swap, but we will assess these requests on a case-by-case basis);
• Representing a university sports team.
Alternatively, if you feel your circumstances are exceptional but are not covered by the reasons above, you may wish to discuss with your module tutor before submitting an enquiry.
