What happens if I report someone through Report and Support

If you provide enough information regarding the incident, an investigation may be put in place and the person you reported will be asked to respond to the allegations. In the meantime, we can put in place precautionary measures to make you feel safe. If, following investigation, the allegations are proven, a number of sanctions may be imposed (you can find more information in our Student Disciplinary Procedure). Other options such as informal resolutions may also be available, if appropriate. Not every person who experienced harassment will want the same outcome. We work with you to ensure that your voice is heard and that appropriate outcomes are reached.
