You can talk to a member of the team about your payment options and also to our student finance team who can offer you advice and guidance on any funding you might be entitled to. They can also help you with budget planning. We appreciate there are times that you may find it difficult to stick to your payment plan and support services are available to provide you with advice and guidance, so please do speak to us by creating an enquiry or make an appointment via your Accommodation portal to speak to a member of the team.
If you are delayed with your payment because of a late student finance payment or you are waiting for your salary, it is fine to pay shortly after the due date or any time during the month the payment is due. You will be sent a payment reminder with information about next steps, if you have missed a payment.
If you miss more than one payment, then make an appointment to speak to the team so they can chat to you about next steps and signpost you to support services if you are struggling to pay.
If you made a termly payment plan and want to change to monthly instalments, then you need to raise an enquiry through your digital student centre. If you made a monthly plan and want to pay termly, you can simply pay in advance by paying any extra you would like to pay, at the time your monthly instalment is due.
