Once you have accepted an offer to study with us, you should receive your invitation for your DBS check by the end of June (for September starters) or by the end of November (for January starters). These emails will be sent to your personal email address, so please be sure to check your inbox and junk folder if you are unable to see them.
If you have not received an invitation beyond these dates, please contact us in one of the following ways:
- If you have not yet received your username and password to login and access our IT services, please email StudentDBS@gre.ac.uk. Please include your applicant ID number in your email.
- If you have received your username and password, please create an enquiry in the Digital Student Centre.
