What is the Commitment to an Apprentice?

Although each apprenticeship is different, standards define the level of training you'll receive; the Commitment to an Apprentice. This is normally agreed when your Training Plan is drawn up, and will be personal to your learning. Employers agree how long apprentices will train for and define their opportunities to practise new skills. Apprentices can expect to receive new learning at a minimum of six hours every four weeks.
