When should I collect the tickets for my graduation?

You should aim to collect your ticket 1 hour 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony from the Ticket Office. The Ticket Office location will be given in your confirmation email, which will be sent to your personal email address a couple of weeks before your ceremony.
