Each course has its own volunteer student representative (or 'student rep') who attends programme committee meetings on behalf of their fellow students. Student reps act as a link between the student body and faculty staff, ensuring information and messages are relayed, heard and understood on both sides. Programme leaders will ask students to volunteer for the role at the beginning of their first year.
