If you’ve recently completed your course, you might find you’ve lost access to the library and other IT services. This is part of the normal process to close your student account. For more information, check our Leaving the University webpage.

If you haven’t completed your course yet, you may be temporarily stopped from accessing the library if you have overdue tuition fees. Once your fees have been cleared, you should be able to access the library again.

You can bring your Student ID card with you to any of our Student Centres so we can look into it for you.
