All TDAE claims should be made online via your LSF account. This means:
- All claims will be made online
- All evidence is uploaded on the system and stored for future reference
- The whole process will be transparent
- You can view all claims online including previous and new claims
- No more manual calculations required
The new TDAE system went live on 7 January 2025, and the NHS Team will only accept existing paper claims up until 7 February 2025. From Monday 6th January 2025, paper claims will no longer be accepted to our ST claims mailbox.
Please ensure all outstanding paper claims and queries are submitted within this timeframe to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system and to avoid any disruptions in student payments.
