If you can't attend an upcoming appointment with one of our student services on the Digital Student Centre, you can log in and click My Support > My Appointments to cancel.

You may be able to rebook your appointment once you've cancelled. If you can't reschedule or if you can't log in to the Digital Student Centre, get in touch with your case lead by replying to the confirmation email you received when your appointment was booked.

Please make sure you do not propose a new time in Outlook, as your request will not be actioned. If you can't cancel your appointment, reply to your appointment confirmation email or contact your case lead.
