If you received a text message about possible tuition fees being overdue, we strongly recommend making a payment as soon as possible to avoid sanctions being applied to your account. Payment can be made through your Student Portal using the Student Records system, or through Convera GlobalPay.

Please note that payments made through Convera can take 3-5 working days to process and arrive at the University, and sanctions unfortunately cannot be removed until the payment is received. You must make sure you make the payment in the correct section (e.g. Tuition Fees/Tuition Fees Debt not Accommodation Fees/Tuition Deposit). The University cannot accept any alternative payment method and cannot provide bank details or accept cash/cheques.

The SMS reads "University of Greenwich – Check your email for an important message about possible overdue tuition fees. Sanctions will start being applied next week." Please make sure you check your Greenwich email account for full details about your tuition fee.

For more information, please see the 'how to pay' sections of our How to pay your fees webpage.

If you are experiencing unforeseen financial difficulties affecting your ability to make a payment, we may consider a payment plan if you meet the terms and conditions of Section 10 in our 2024-25 Tuition Fee Policy & Procedure. To request a payment plan, you'll need to submit a self-referral form and upload supporting documentary evidence regarding your circumstances. Please note that your request will not be considered without supporting evidence.
