If you are a UK or EU student who has applied for a Postgraduate Loan from Student Finance England (SFE), then you will be classed as a self-paying student as these loans are paid to you once you are fully registered.
To be fully registered you will need to make an initial payment of 15% your total fee to complete your Online Registration and, if you are a new student, finish your final checks and be fully registered.
Once you are fully registered (for new students that means having collected your student ID card) we will then be able to confirm your attendance to SFE and your loans can start being released once term has started.
Unfortunately this means that you will need to make arrangements to pay the first 15% before you will get your first instalment of your loan. Once you have made the initial payment, we will then be able to offer the following instalments:
- 15% of the annual course fee at registration
- 18% 14th October
- 33% 14th February
- 34% 14th May
More information on how to pay can be found on our How to Pay your Fees webpages
