Your timetable should be available to you by the start of the first teaching week. If term has started and your timetable is still displaying as empty, please check that you have selected the correct weeks or terms for your teaching (you can refer to the academic calendar for teaching week details).
If your timetable is still unavailable after 19th September, you can submit the Timetable Change Request Form via Timetable Change Request Form 2025/26. To request a timetable change, please submit your request via the same link above. Please note that timetable changes are granted only in exceptional circumstances and will be considered only if your request meets one of the following criteria:
- Clash between timetabled teaching activities
- Teaching activity missing from timetable
- Carer responsibility (evidence required)
- Medical or accessibility reasons (evidence required)
- Work commitments (only applicable to part-time students)
- Membership of a University of Greenwich sports team (evidence required)
