If you have been granted a deferral request, but you are able to submit the work within the 14-calendar day extension period, you are able to request that the claim be changed to an extension so long as you do so within 7-calendar days of the extended deadline.
Please respond back to the 'Extenuating Circumstances Decision and Outcome Letter' email, stating that you wish to change your deferral to an extension and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
