To submit an enquiry on the Digital Student Centre, select create an enquiry, choose the category that best matches your question and fill in the relevant details. You can upload any supporting documents if needed. Once complete, click submit and you will receive confirmation that your enquiry has been sent.
If you are on campus and need immediate assistance, our Student Ambassadors will be available from Wednesday 24 December to Friday 2 January 2026, from 10am to 6pm. They can support you with general queries; however, any complex or personal enquiries should be submitted through the Digital Student Centre so that they can be handled by the appropriate team.
