Thank you for choosing to live in halls for the summer at Avery Hill. We hope you enjoy your stay but if you wish to report ant concerns you have regarding maintenance or cleaning in halls please see the following information:
Cleaning: please report any issues you have regarding cleaning to the Events Team member of staff Karolina on the following email address: k.lunakova@gre.ac.uk ensuring you add your flat and room number.
Maintenance Seymour: can be logged by direct email to fmcentralhelpdesk@greenwich.ac.uk and for any urgent matters, 24/7 support is available from Ext. 7779 / 020 8331 7779.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the response to your FM Helpdesk request, please contact the contract monitoring team at FMhelpdesk-serviceescalation@greenwich.ac.uk. Any compliant should include a job reference so that the team can liaise with Sodexo to address your concerns.
Maintenance Tudor: should report any faults direct to the Student Living Team: AveryHill.UK@studentliving.sodexo.com, or you can call them on 020 83318015. Sodexo are open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
To raise any emergency maintenance over the weekend or in the evening after 6pm, please contact Security on 020 83319101 or pop in and see them at the Gatehouse located at the entrance to the campus
Mail: please ensure you use the new address for your mail as listed below. The team cannot assist with any missing deliveries, and we would suggest that you raise this with the company that you have ordered from. We strongly recommend that you use the Amazon lockers on site next to the Tudor Café, or the collect services available in the local area for Relay, Evri, InPost and Royal Mail deliveries.
