You can apply for a new CAS within the UK in one of three situations are met.

You can't bring new dependants to the UK after you apply for the Graduate Route visa.

Yes, you can collect your dependents' BRPs on their behalf as long as you have their passports with you.

No, the conditions on your visa mean that all of your studying must be done in person.

This is not something that we can provide and your prospective employer would need to carry out a ‘Right to Work’ check.

You must successfully have completed the course assigned to your most recent CAS. However, there are exceptions to this

Yes, travel and see more of the world but take your proof of immigration status with you.

Yes, so long as you also provide evidence that the funds in the account have been held for at least 28 days.

Can my dependants work in the UK?
Your dependants who are over 16 years of age will be able to work full time in the UK.

We can only issue student BRPs to the student directly.

At the moment, ATAS applications are taking at least 30 working days (6 weeks) to process.
